Donation Requests
At Mt. Bachelor, we proudly contribute to hundreds of special events and organizations each season. You can read about a few by going to our In the Community page. Mt. Bachelor focuses its charitable giving on organizations that directly improve the way of life in central Oregon. Requesting organizations must be classified as 501C3 non-profits and not be affiliated with a religious or political cause.
ALL DONATION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED 45 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT!
If your organization requests a donation from us please fill out the form below. Due to the large volume of donation requests submitted to Mt. Bachelor, all donation requests must be made online. Be prepared to provide the following information:
- Beneficiary
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Date of Event
- Description of Event
Mt. Bachelor is closed during the month of June. Requests for donations received in June may be delayed for more than 30 days. Thanks for your patience.
