Mt. Bachelor defines a "group" as an official organization (ski club, youth group, school, etc.), with a minimum size requirement of 20 people who are ordering lift tickets for skiing & snowboarding and/or Snowblast Tubing.
Below are a few examples of the types of groups that we accommodate.
School and Youth Groups
When your school or youth group only has a day or two on the mountain, get all the fun you can at Mt. Bachelor! There is more terrain to enjoy and more choices for fun; from our tubing hill to our mile-long Terrain Park, Superpipe and Slopestyle jumps. You can ride all day and not have to repeat the same run twice!
We take great pride in hosting our school and youth groups! The following benefits are offered to provide a more enjoyable trip:
- Pre-arranged equipment rental, bypassing lines (rental exchanges and adjustment offered)
- Ticket pick-up at lodging to save time and effort
- Competitive equipment rental rates
- Group rental rates (Burton Boards and Rossignol Skis)
- Tubing Hill special events
Mt. Bachelor welcomes ski clubs from every city and country. Enjoy discounts on multi-day tickets, mountain host tours, and special ski club activities. Lodging suggestions provided.
Meetings and Banquets
Corporate groups from 50-200 people use Mt. Bachelor’s facilities for banquets, sales meetings, buffets, and parties. The most popular setting for functions is the mid-mountain Pine Marten Lodge, just a short lift ride up from the West Village base. Your group can dine, meet and mingle in several different lodge areas, and everything is set against the gorgeous Cascade Mountains!
