St Patty's Day
Mt Bachelor is going all out for St Patty's Day! Do you have the luck of the Irish on your side?? Bam Boom will be belting out the Celtic tunes in the Clearing Rock Bar beginning at 1:30pm. Of course there will be green beer specials, a raffle, door prizes and more. Green shamrocks will be hidden all around the mountain. Find one and bring it back to the West Village Lodge to claim your prize. See you for St Patrick's Day on the Mountain! Grand prize will be a 2010 Spring Pass! NASTAR Race Clinic
  We will be offering a NASTAR Race Clinic on Saturday, March 27 from 11-2. Open to all levels of skiers ages 13 & up, this clinic will utilize the NASTAR course and additional training tools. $49 includes three hours of coaching and use of the course for the entire day.

Register by calling 541-382-2442 or through any ticket sales outlet.

Racers will meet at the top of the course (Rooster Tail) at 11am on March 27th.

  The Great Nordeen is a celebration of Central Oregon ski history! As always, there is a 15km and a 30km course. Again this year we have a 15km Skijoring, and a 15km ski with dog class!

2010 Riders For The Cure
Mt Bachelor's annual fund raiser for LOCAL breast cancer research and education returns for the 7th year. Riders for the Cure was created as a way to have fun on the mountain and learn more about breast cancer. This event is NOT a competition! Everyone regardless of age or ability is welcome to take part! The event donates all net proceeds to Sara's Project at St. Charles Hospital.

Donation brochures coming soon so you can get out there and start collecting money!!

Sara’s Project is a breast health education and outreach partnership created by St. Charles Cancer Care. It was founded to promote early detection of breast cancer, build awareness, and provide support to women facing breast cancer. The project honors Sara Fisher, a cherished Bend teacher, counselor and active community volunteer who died in 1992 after a seven-year battle with breast cancer.

Funds raised through donations, or at sponsored events, are used to support a number of initiatives to support women with breast cancer or those with an abnormal findings, provide support and services.

There will be awards for the Best Pink Costume, Most Money Raised and MORE. Brochures will be available around the middle of March...stay tuned. So get out there and start raising donations!! Levels will be similar to years' past - packs, goggles, shirts and even bigger prizes like skis & snowboards will all be part of this fun event. There will be A LOT MORE information to come!

King and Queen of the Cone
Become this year's King or Queen of the Cone! Compete in a race to benefit Central Oregon Environmental Center. Use your AT, tele, or splintboard to race up and down the mountain. Helmets are mandatory (bike helmets acceptable). Race categories include; Race Division (climbs 4000 feet) and Recreational Division (climbs 2000 feet).
