Charity Ski Week
Charity Week tickets have SOLD OUT for the 2016-17 winter season. Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets. Beneficiaries will be announced shortly.
Since 2009, Mt. Bachelor has raised nearly $475,000 through the Charity Ski Week program for Bend and Central Oregon area non-profit organizations aligned with our community values of supporting kids and families in need, student athlete academic achievement through the discipline of competitive alpine and Nordic skiing and snowboarding, and environmentally sustainable practices.
The time is NOW for local non-profit organizations to submit a project proposal to Mt. Bachelor attn: Donation Committee, to be involved in the 2016-2017 Charity Ski Week. The specific beneficiaries and proposals will be announced in early December.
Charity Ski Week tickets will go on sale December 17, 2016 and will end once all tickets are sold, or January 2, 2017, whichever comes first.
We are pleased to announce that Mt. Bachelor is committed to donating $50,000 to local non-profit organizations.

WHERE AND WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY TICKET(S)?
Simply show a photo ID at any Mt. Bachelor ticket window on the day that you want to ski or ride. Tickets cannot be picked-up prior to your intended skiing or snowboarding day.
CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE TICKET?
Yes! You are welcome to purchase up to four (4) Charity Ski Week tickets.
ARE THE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
Yes and no. Yes in the sense that you can purchase a ticket on behalf of someone else. But once the ticket is assigned to another person - either during the purchase process or following one day of use, the ticket cannot be transferred to another person. During the eStore check-out process, you will be asked to assign the ticket to a person - yourself or someone else. Note that only the person whose name is assigned to the ticket can pick it up at the ski area. If one family member (mom, for example) puts all four family-member tickets in her name, that's fine...but mom will be the only person who can pick up the tickets and all members of the family must be present at the ticket window with mom in order to receive their ticket. The same would be true for a group of friends; the tickets can all be in one person's name, but each person in the group expecting to get a ticket must be present at the ticket window with the ticket purchaser. If a family or group of friends is planning to arrive separately or to ski on different dates, then it is best if each ticket is assigned individually so that each person can pick up his/her own ticket on their preferred day of first use.
ARE THE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No. These tickets represent a discount off the regular rates and as a trade-off for receiving such a significant discount, the tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances - including medical emergencies or injuries. This non-refundable policy applies whether the tickets are picked up or not.
WHEN DO THE TICKETS EXPIRE?
All tickets will expire after at the end of the day on April 14, 2017.
DURING THE PURCHASE PROCESS, DO I NEED TO SELECT THE DATE I WANT TO USE THE TICKETS?
No, you do not have to select your usage dates. During the purchase process, you are essentially purchasing an electronic ticket voucher. You can choose when you want to redeem that voucher (during the designated Charity Ski Week period) and collect the ticket(s) to use at Mt. Bachelor.
