With breathtaking views at 7,700 feet, Scapolo's (Italian for "Bachelor") is located on main floor of Pine Marten Lodge. Open 7 days per week, the restaurant features open hearth gourmet pizzas, fresh garden salads, oven-baked sandwiches including the Spicy Meatball Sandwich, homemade soups, wines and a variety of microbrews on tap. A bright, festive atmosphere certainly makes Scapolo's one of the most desirable restaurants on the mountain.
