Can I use my Gift Card to purchase a Springtacular Pass? Yes! There is a step in the online purchasing process where a Gift Card code can be entered. If you encounter any problems, you can contact our Call Center at 800.829.2442. (8:30am to 7:30pm daily.)
Is there a military discount? Not on Season Pass products, but there is a military discount on daily lifts tickets (except Saturdays & holidays).
Is there a spouse or family discount? No. Season Passes are all individually-priced. Mt. Bachelor strives to make skiing and snowboarding as affordable as possible for families by pricing the Youth, Teen and Young Adult Season Passes significantly below other comparable resorts' prices for those age groups.
I am buying a pass for a friend, grandchild, etc. How do I do this? You'll be able purchase these online. If it is for a new Passholder, the Passholder (or his/her parent/guardian) will have to sign a paper release form at the time of Pass pick-up. And the parent/guardian must enter his/her own information first during the online process. If reactivating a Pass, a signed paper release will not be necessary.
When does the Springtacular Season Pass Sale end? Springtacular Season Passes will be sold from March 15 through the end of the winter season on May 26. However, the best prices and lowest rates will be offered in a 96-hour sale from 9am Friday, March 15 to 9am Tuesday, March 19.

Picking Up Your New Season Pass
|
|
When can I get my picture taken and where can I pick up my Pass? At the Sales & Service Center in the Mountain Gateway building at West Village. The Sales & Service Center opens at 8:30am every day through Sunday, May 26.
What do I need to bring with me to get my Season Pass? Photo identification is required with proof of age; Passes will not be issued without one. Please be prepared to sign a release form. Children under 18 will need to bring a signed release or be accompanied by their legal guardian. We also require a birth certificate to issue the 5 and under Season Pass.
Can I wear my crazy cool wig/hat/fake teeth/sunglasses in my pass picture? Pass photos are intended for identification purposes so you will be kindly asked to remove your hat, sun glasses, and any witty costumes prior to your Pass photo. Your cooperation is appreciated!
