Mt. Bachelor offers groups a huge mountain to explore (3,683 acres and 70+ trails) and a high-speed quad lift system to keep your group moving and getting as much snow time as possible. Affordable ticket prices, equipment rentals and food service make your trip budget stretch further at Mt. Bachelor!

Group Requirements
1. GROUP DEFINITION: A group is defined as an official organization (ski club, youth group, school, etc). with a minimum size requirement of 20 people who are ordering lift tickets for skiing or snowboarding. Tubing groups of 20 persons or more are also eligible for group rates.
2. RESERVATION FORM: A Group Reservation Form must be submitted to qualify as a group. Use the online form above (or fax in the pdf version of the Form to 541-693-0210).
3. DEADLINES: Group orders must be made, confirmed and paid for AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Group Rates will not be offered after the deadline or on the mountain.
4. PAYMENT: All ordered services must be paid for in a single payment with a credit card (checks acceptable upon prior approval). Payment must be made by deadline above.
5. RENTALS: Group prices on rentals are offered when a minimum of 10 people from the group are renting. All renters must fill out the rental form (at end of Groups section) and bring with them. Those under 18 years of age must have form signed by parent or guardian.
6. REFUND POLICY: AFTER ORDER IS FINALIZED--3 DAYS IN ADVANCE--NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. ANY UNUSED TICKETS MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR A MT. BACHELOR GIFT CARD OF EQUAL VALUE.
School and Youth Groups
When your school or youth group only has a day or two on the mountain, get all the fun you can...at Mt. Bachelor! There is more mountain to cruise and more choices for fun from our tubing hill to our mile long Terrain Park, Superpipe and Slopestyle jumps. You can ride all day and not have to repeat the same run twice!

Ski Clubs
Mt. Bachelor welcomes ski clubs from every city and country. Enjoy discounts on multi-day tickets, mountain host tours, and special ski club activities. Lodging suggestions provided. Call Group Services at 541-693-0954 for details.
Meeting and Banquet Facilities
Corporate groups from 50-200 people use Mt. Bachelor facilities for banquets, sales meetings, buffets, and parties. The most popular setting for functions is the mid-mountain Pine Marten Lodge, just a short lift ride up from the West Village base. Your group can dine, meet and mingle in several different lodge areas, and everything is set against the gorgeous Cascade Mountains!

Group Tubing Rates
Snowblast Tubing Park is Mt. Bachelor's tubing hill. Covering nearly 10 acres and with 6-8 different lanes for tubing fun, it's a blast for everyone, regardless of age and tubing ability!! There is a height requirement of 42" inches. We find that kids under that height have trouble with the tubes.
Group tubing rates are available to organized groups of 20 persons or more. A Group Reservation Form must be submitted at least 3 days prior to your visit. Advance purchase is required in the form of one single payment (credit card preferred). Please see Group Requirements above for other important details.
TUBING PRICES: Groups enjoy a $2/person discount. No Group reservations are accepted during holidays

NOTE: All tubing persons must fill out and sign the "Tubing Release Form". A parent or guardian must also sign for persons under 18 years of age. This form can be found at the bottom of the page in pdf. format. Please print it, sign it, and bring it with you to the mountain.

Lesson Packages
Mt. Bachelor's PSIA certified ski instructors are ready to help your group sharpen skills and get a jump start on gravity! Group lessons can be arranged for all levels of ability and types of terrain. Special ski-technique weeks or race-training camps can also be organized. Call for details.
First-time skiers and boarders in your group (ages 13+) can take advantage of the Beginner Workshop offered daily at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The package includes the 2-hour lesson and an all-day lift ticket for the cost of an adult or teen full price ticket. Rentals available at discounted rates, also.

Photo Opportunities
What's a group outing without a group photo to help you remember all the fun you had? A photo shoot can be easily arranged at a very nominal cost to the group.
Parties
The party starts whenever your group gives the word. We can set up apres ski functions in our West Village Lodge and provide your gang with all the necessary beverages and food.
Dog Sled Rides
Add a wild and majestic experience to your Mt. Bachelor trip with a ride behind an real dog sled team. Hour long trips are available. A maximum of 450 lbs is the limit per sled, which can hold up to 2 Kids and 2 Adults. Reservations are required. 1-800-829-2442.
