Requirements for Members**

  1. You must be living in Bend during the majority of the season.  If you have plans to live outside of Bend, your application will be reevaluated and your status of acceptance may change.
  2. You must check in with Mt Bachelors Marketing Contacts every month during season via email, providing a short update on your events, comp results, travels, shoots, etc.
    • Freerider’s must check in on the 1st of the month, Grommies must check in on the 15th of the month.
  3. You must be actively competing in competitions and/or photo shoots.
  4. You must be available to assist as a model during some Mt. Bachelor photo shoots and some events run by Mt. Bachelor. 
  5. You must acknowledge Mt Bachelor when you are being interviewed or quoted by any press and the community.  Show your support for the mountain that is supporting you.
  6. As a member of the Freeride Team you are considered a representative of Mt. Bachelor.  Unacceptable behavior on and off the mountain could lead to you being pulled from the team. 

What you get if you are a Member of the Team:

  1. Complimentary Full Season Pass
  2. $100 Mt. Bachelor Gift Certificate
  3. Personal Bio Promotion on Mt Bachelor Website
  4. One on one contact with Mt Bachelor Marketing and Communication Staff
  5. Free entry into the Mountain Dew Freestyle series 
  6. Mt Bachelor Schwag

Applying to become a member of the Freeride Team

You must include the following as part of the application process:
  1. Resume of your riding career, sponsors, competitions etc.
  2. Photos and or video of yourself in action.
  3. One page letter explaining why you should be on the Mt. Bachelor Freeride Team and your outlook for the up coming season. The outlook portion should travel plans, possible new sponsors, scheduled competitions and scheduled photo shoots.  If things are in the works for any of these, please let us know that as well.
  4. Freerider’s eligible are 15 years and older.  Individuals between the ages of 8-14 years old are eligible for the Grom Squad.**If Requirements for Members is not met, the usage of your pass privileges will be reviewed for possible termination.
