Mt. Bachelor's Rental Center can satisfy all your rental needs! With a primary location in West Village inside the Mountain Gateway building and a secondary location at Sunrise Lodge, Mt. Bachelor has the largest and highest quality rental inventory in the Northwest.

When renting equipment, you can also purchase lift tickets and sign-up for a Snowsports program. It's one-stop shopping at Mt. Bachelor's Rental Center!

Also consider these advantages to renting equipment slope-side at Mt. Bachelor:

• You don't have to deal with loading/unloading equipment into your car/truck... and you'll save space!
• You won't have to carry equipment back & forth across the parking lot!
• If the gear doesn't initially fit right, then you can exchange it or have it adjusted for FREE!

Rental Center opens 30 minutes prior to lift opening. Returns are due back within 15 minutes of lift closing.

NOTE: A parent/guardian signature is required for all renters under 18 years of age. If you will not be accompanying your child on his/her visit to Mt. Bachelor, please print and sign this Rental Agreement Form and have your child bring it with him/her to the mountain.

Rental Products

Mt. Bachelor has partnered with Burton to offer a large supply of rental snowboards. Burton's Learn to Ride (LTR) program is designed to make learning to snowboard fun and easy by combining proven teaching methodologies with beginner-specific equipment.

Developed in conjunction with the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI) and major resorts around North America, the LTR methodology stresses getting people to link turns - actually feel what it’s like to snowboard - in the first lesson. Coupled with the LTR learner-specific products, it's a methodology that makes learning to snowboard fun, easy and painless. The success of the LTR program is inextricably linked to Burton's product innovations. The program is based on a two-board progression that first puts riders on a board strictly designed for the first lesson and then graduates them up to a second board that is beginner-friendly, but tuned to let them explore more of the mountain.

For skiers, Mt. Bachelor has a brand new supply of Rossignol performance ski rentals available for the 2012-2013 season. The twin-tipped Rossignol S7 and Smash 7 skis are perfect for Mt. Bachelor's powder!

LTR boards feature a softer flex, radical sidecut and forgiving edge bevel, all of which are designed to get riders turning without the falls traditionally associated with learning to ride. Burton's LTR board is specifically designed for a rider's first couple of days on the snow.

The Burton Cruzer Performance Snowboard the next board in the progression. Like the LTR, it is flexed and proportioned to facilitate turning while minimizing falls. But unlike the LTR, this is the perfect board for exploring the whole mountain after a couple lessons. With a directional shape, the Cruzer is the ideal choice for the first full year of a rider's career.

The Burton Blunt Freestyle Snowboard is effortless to ride thanks to its V-Rocker design and edges that are both turned on and de-tuned. The rocker helps keep the contact points off the ground and the Cruise Control lifts the edges for a looser and softer ride.

A parent/guardian signature is required for all renters under 18 years of age. If you will not be accompanying your child on his/her visit to Mt. Bachelor, please print and sign this Rental Agreement Form and have your child bring it with him/her to the mountain. Mt. Bachelor strives to be an industry leader in Mountain Safety. To further this goal we require students 17 and under in any Snowsports School lesson program to wear ski and snowboard specific helmets during lessons. For your convenience Mt. Bachelor offers helmets for rent or sale. Additional information about helmets and Snowsports can be found on the NSAA’s website at lidsonkids.org. Rental Helmets are available for $6 to students 17 and under in a Snowsports School lesson. The new Burton Learn to Ride (LTR) Sport Snowboard is the ultimate catch-free confidence booster. LTR boards feature a softer flex, radical sidecut and forgiving edge bevel, all of which are designed to get riders turning without the falls traditionally associated with learning to ride. Burton's LTR board is specifically designed for a rider's first couple of days on the snow. The Volkl Unlimited Junior ski is the ideal entry-level Junior ski, with a generous sidecut to help kids learn to turn.

If you are planning a trip and know that you need to rent equipment, you can reserve and pay for your rental equipment online! Advantages of online rentals include:

• A 7% discount off the regular walk-up rates!
• Exclusive rental check-in at the ONLINE EXPRESS rental desk on the upper level of Mountain Gateway building at West Village. No need to wait in line at the Sales & Service Center on the lower level!
• Once you receive your equipment on your first day, you can hold on to it for the remainder of your Mt. Bachelor visit.  No need to check-in again after the first day!

Processes, procedures, terms and conditions of multi-day online rentals:

1. Reservations must be made at least four (4) days in advance of your visit
2. Book & pay online and PRINT YOUR CONFIRMATION RECEIPT
3. Bring your CONFIRMATION RECEIPT to the ONLINE EXPRESS DESK on the upper level of the Mountain Gateway building at West Village to check-in
4. Recognize and accept that there are NO REFUNDS on pre-purchased online multi-day rentals
