The best time to visit the pass office is during non-holiday weekdays. During Mt Bachelor's busy holiday season or weekends, your wait time may increase considerably.

Season Pass Office Hours: Starting October 1, the Pass Office in Bend will be open Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The office is located at 115 SW Columbia Street. The Season Pass Office moves to the mountain on Nov 16 and will not be open for business that day.
