Picking Up Your Season Pass

Did you know that you can use the same OnePass media card you have from last year? Read below to learn more. You can always contact us to see if your pass is active. The preferred contact methods:

- Text us at 541-382-1709 or e-mail us at . Include your first name, last name, date-of-birth and the number on your OnePass card. We will reply during our normal phone hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- Call us at 541-382-1709. Phone hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you need a new season pass or need to sign a waiver or want to be sure your current season pass will work on your first day please stop in at our Bend Office at 531 SW 13th Street any day between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please note that this office will be closed October 20. We will make sure you are good to go for that first powder day. Also, check our Events Calendar, as visiting us at one of the scheduled Pass Sale or Pass Pickup parties may be more convenient for you.

Our full service Pass Office at the Mountain Gateway Sales Center will be open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. once we are open for the season. Please do not wait until opening day or the first powder day to get your pass.

Those of you from out of town and who stay in Sunriver while visiting Mt. Bachelor should be aware that we have a store in the Sunriver Village Mall. While we generally do not print picture passes we can help many of our guests avoid the ticket line. Hours of operation will be published soon. We will be doing an early pass pick up in Sunriver on October 20, Noon to 6:00 p.m., and October 21, 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
