Pass Products Overview & FAQ
Did you know that you can use the same media card you have from last year? Read below to learn more. You can always contact us to see if your pass is active. The preferred contact method is via text at at 541-382-1709 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Include your first name, last name, date-of-birth and the number on your Pass card. If you want to buy passes for multiple people in one transaction online, you can do that! But you'll need to assign each pass to a specific individual. This means you'll need to know each individual's first name, last name and birthdate. You'll also need to confirm that you're legally allowed to sign the online Express Assumption of Risks and Season Pass Agreement forms on behalf of everyone you're purchasing for.
Additionally, if the other individuals you're purchasing for have a Pass card, you'll want to enter their Pass card number during the purchase process. This will ensure that their existing guest profile gets updated with this new purchase information, allowing for a "reactivated" card and allowing for direct-to-lift access on the first day of the season.

This is a huge win for skiers and snowboarders and for our community. We wanted to be able to offer our customers the benefit of a multi-resort pass and joining Ikon Pass allows us to do just that. The Ikon Pass includes world class mountains around the globe, and we are excited to be the newest Ikon Pass mountain destination, offering Ikon Pass holders 7 days and Ikon Base Pass holders 5 days with blackouts. Becoming an Ikon Pass destination means we’ll introduce new adventure seekers to all that Bend has to offer and give Mt. Bachelor loyalists the opportunity to venture more through the Outplay 365 pass, which now includes an Ikon Base pass that unlocks access to every Ikon Base Pass destination worldwide. No. Ikon Pass access to Mt. Bachelor begins when winter operations begin in the 2020/21 season.
Mt. Bachelor is a large mountain with far more terrain, lodge and parking capacity than any other Pacific Northwest resort, which makes joining the Ikon Pass a huge win for skiers and snowboarders and for our community. Mt. Bachelor’s parking capacity increased in winter 2019/20 by 30-35% with a new parking lot and overflow lot at Sunrise base area. Our focus will remain on continuing to methodically invest in the Mt. Bachelor experience so that future generations may enjoy the authentic, year-round adventure as we do today. We’ve patiently invested in the Mt. Bachelor experience, including the most recent upgrades to the Sunrise Lodge and the introduction of Woodward Mountain Park with new lifts and entry-level beginner experiences. Over time we will continue to enhance the guest experience including in ways that thoughtfully increase capacity.
Starting in September 2020, you may only pick-up your Ikon Base Pass at North American Ikon Pass destinations where your Ikon Base Pass is valid (not at Mt. Bachelor), during operating hours. You will need your confirmation number and a valid photo ID. If you receive a pass in the mail after you pick up your pass at the mountain, the Ikon Base Pass in the mail will be void.
You may not pick up your 2020/21 Ikon Base Pass at Aspen Snowmass, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort or at the mountain(s) where your local season pass is valid.
No. We are proud to be part of the POWDR adventure lifestyle portfolio, where the focus is on each resort being the best version of itself locally. POWDR does not offer a multi-resort product.
Give us a call at 541-382-1709 and we can facilitate that for you.
Mt. Bachelor's secure system does not store credit card information. After data is initially entered, an encrypted "token" is created inside our system and that token is used to charge your card as appropriate. The encrypted tokens are worthless outside of our computer system, so in the unlikely event of a security breach, there isn't any stored credit card information for a thief to steal.
A 12-month financial commitment is required for Outplay 365 and there is no opportunity for a refund outside of the Mt. Bachelor Passholder Promise, in whole or part. If you are not comfortable with the 12-month non-refundable commitment, then we recommend that you purchase a different Mt. Bachelor ticket or pass product instead.
All Mt. Bachelor lift tickets and season passes, including Outplay 365, are non-transferable under all circumstances.

Mt. Bachelor, at its sole discretion, will determine the length of the winter season & the operating schedule. All 4 Day Passes will expire after the winter season closing date. Any unused days will expire at that time as well. The 4 Day Pass is not valid for use during select holiday blackout periods. All 4 Day Pass sales are final. No refunds due to length of season, or for any other reason, other than dates and circumstances as outlined in the Mt. Bachelor will be vigilantly on the lookout for cases of pass fraud in order to protect the investment of the vast majority of law-abiding passholders. Penalties, including fines, season-long or lifetime Mt. Bachelor access bans, and/or criminal charges will be assessed to both the fraudulent user and the consenting passholder.
Effective May 5, 2020, Mt. Bachelor has increased the Young Adult voucher to $150 (previously $75) for Young Adults (ages 23-26) that aged out of the Young Adult pass prices into Adult Season Pass prices due to an age classification adjustment by Mt. Bachelor on April 28, 2020. The updated $150 vouchers are the same as an adult season pass vouchers and have been loaded into applicable guest accounts.
Why did you update the voucher to $150? - Mt. Bachelor has long held passholder interests at the heart of product offerings and business decisions and this sentiment remains especially true during these unprecedented times. As a result of age classification realignment with other industry passes and products, specifically Ikon, Young Adults that fall within the 23-26 are seeing an unplanned expense. In an effort to offset this expense, we’ve increased voucher amounts for previously categorized “Young Adults” and created additional options and plans outlined in the Passholder Promise. These guests will now have a better range of options to consider what works best for their respective budgets and passion.
What if I already bought a pass before I got the additional $75 voucher? - If you have already utilized your $75 voucher towards a future 20/21 pass, Mt. Bachelor will refund the $75 to the form of payment.
Every Mt. Bachelor season passholder, as a condition of pass purchase/usage, understands and accepts that:
All prices and dates are subject to change. All products are non-transferable and non refundable, even if the pass is never used or picked-up. Passholder's age on January 1, 2021 will determine eligibility for age-restricted passes. Mt. Bachelor, at its sole discretion, will determine the length of the winter season & the operating schedule. The planned winter season is subject to change. All lift ticket & season pass products will expire after the winter season closing date. A pass is to be used by the official passholder only. Mt.
