Picking Up Your Season Pass

Did you know that you can use the same OnePass media card you have from last year? Read below to learn more. You can always contact us to see if your pass is active. The preferred contact methods:

- Text us at 541-382-1709 or e-mail us at . Include your first name, last name, date-of-birth and the number on your OnePass card.

- Call us at 541-382-1709. Phone hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

We are no longer printing photo passes at our Bend office in the Sun Country Tours building at 531 SW 13th Street. We do have limited capacity to issue OnePass cards between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. These cards do not have a picture on them, but will get through the lift gates and allow you to ski or ride on your season pass. Our full service pass office will open at the Mountain Gateway Sales Center once the mountain opens for the season.
