Ski 4 Schools
11/15/2017 - TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT
Thanks to everyone who supported Bend-La Pine and Redmond Education Foundations by purchasing Mt. Bachelor Ski For Schools lift tickets this year!
Mt. Bachelor launched its Ski For Schools fundraiser in 2004. Since its inception, the program has donated nearly $200,000 in cash for the Bend-La Pine and Redmond Education Foundations.
For 2017, skiers and snowboarders can buy Mt. Bachelor lift tickets for $30, which are valid to use during select midweek periods in November and December. A total of 1,000 tickets will be available to buy on a first-sold, first-served basis. Mt. Bachelor will donate 100% of the cash collected, totaling up to $30,000, to the Bend-La Pine and Redmond Education Foundations to benefit local students.
Ski For Schools ticket sales will end once all tickets are sold, or November 23, 2017, whichever occurs first.
This season, the $30 Ski For Schools lift tickets will be valid to use:
November 27, 2017 - December 1, 2017 (Monday-Friday), and
December 4, 2017 - December 8, 2017 (Monday-Friday)
11/15/2017 - TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT
WHERE AND WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY TICKET(S)?
Simply show a photo ID at any Mt. Bachelor ticket window on the day that you want to ski or ride. Tickets cannot be picked-up prior to your intended skiing or snowboarding day.
CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE TICKET?
Yes! You are welcome to purchase up to six (6) Ski For Schools tickets.
ARE THE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
Yes and no. Yes in the sense that you can purchase a ticket on behalf of someone else. But once the ticket is assigned to another person - either during the purchase process or following one day of use, the ticket cannot be transferred to another person. During the webstore purchase process, you will be asked to assign the ticket to a person - yourself or someone else. Note that only the person whose name is assigned to the ticket can pick it up at the ski area. If one family member (mom, for example) puts all four family-member tickets in her name, that's fine...but mom will be the only person who can pick up the tickets and all members of the family must be present at the ticket window with mom in order to receive their ticket. The same would be true for a group of friends; the tickets can all be in one person's name, but each person in the group expecting to get a ticket must be present at the ticket window with the ticket purchaser. If a family or group of friends is planning to arrive separately or to ski on different dates, then it is best if each ticket is assigned individually so that each person can pick up his/her own ticket on their preferred day of first use.
ARE THE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No. These tickets represent a discount off the regular rates and as a trade-off for receiving such a significant discount, the tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances - including medical emergencies or injuries. This non-refundable policy applies whether the tickets are picked up or not.
WHEN DO THE TICKETS EXPIRE?
All tickets will expire after at the end of the day on December 8, 2017.
DURING THE PURCHASE PROCESS, DO I NEED TO SELECT THE DATE I WANT TO USE THE TICKETS?
No, you do not have to select your usage dates. During the purchase process, you are essentially purchasing an electronic ticket voucher. You can choose when you want to redeem that voucher (during the designated Ski For Schools period) and collect the ticket(s) to use at Mt. Bachelor.
