Ski 4 Schools
As of 11/24/2018, Ski 4 Schools tickets have sold out. Thanks to everyone who purchased a Ski 4 Schools lift ticket in support of Central Oregon public schools!
Mt. Bachelor launched its Ski 4 Schools fundraiser in 2004. Since its inception, the program has donated $245,730 in cash for the Bend-La Pine and Redmond Education Foundations.
For 2018, skiers and snowboarders can buy Mt. Bachelor lift tickets for $30, which are valid to use during select midweek periods in November and December. A total of 833 tickets will be available to buy on a first-sold, first-served basis. Mt. Bachelor will donate 100% of the cash collected, totaling up to $25,000, to the Bend-La Pine and Redmond schools to benefit local students.
Ski 4 Schools ticket sales will end once all tickets are sold, or at 11:59 p.m. on November 24, 2018, whichever occurs first.
This season, the $30 Ski 4 Schools lift tickets will be valid to use:
November 26, 2018 - November 30, 2018 (Monday-Friday),
December 3, 2018 - December 7, 2018 (Monday-Friday), and
December 10, 2018 - December 14, 2018 (Monday-Friday
Note: Mt. Bachelor will be closed November 26-29, during part of the original Ski 4 Schools ticket usage period. We have added the week of December 10-14 as a substitute.
SKI 4 SCHOOLS TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can purchase up to six (6) Ski 4 Schools tickets in one online transaction, but during the purchase process you must assign WHO is going to use EACH ticket. You will need full names and dates-of-birth for each ticket user. Do not put all the tickets under your name unless you intend to use all of them yourself! All tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE (and non-refundable) once assigned and purchased.
WHERE AND WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY TICKET(S)?
If you already have a Mt. Bachelor OnePass and you input your OnePass number to your online profile at the time you created an online account, then the tickets you buy will be automatically loaded to your OnePass and you can go direct-to-lift. If you do not have a current/valid OnePass, then bring a photo ID at any Mt. Bachelor ticket window on the day that you want to ski or ride and we'll issue you a new OnePass with your Ski 4 Schools ticket loaded on it.
CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE TICKET?
Yes! You are welcome to purchase up to six (6) Ski 4 Schools tickets, but note that tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and you must indicate who is going to use each ticket at the time of purchase. If you intend to use all six tickets for yourself, then assign all six to your name during the purchase process. However, if you intend for other people to use some or all of the tickets, you will need to enter full names and dates-of-birth for each ticket user. Once tickets are assigned and purchased, they cannot be transferred.
ARE THE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
While you can purchase a ticket on behalf of someone else, once the ticket is assigned to another person during the purchase process the ticket cannot be transferred to another person. During the online purchase process, you will be asked to assign the ticket to a person - yourself or someone else - and you will need to input the ticket users date-of-birth. Note that only the person whose name is assigned to the ticket can use it.
ARE THE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No. These tickets represent a discount off the regular rates and as a trade-off for receiving such a significant discount, the tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances - including medical emergencies or injuries. This non-refundable policy applies whether the tickets are picked up or not.
WHEN DO THE TICKETS EXPIRE?
All tickets will expire after at the end of the day on December 7, 2018.
DURING THE PURCHASE PROCESS, DO I NEED TO SELECT THE DATE I WANT TO USE THE TICKETS?
No, you do not have to select your usage dates. You can use the Ski For Schools tickets any day during the designated Ski 4 Schools ticket usage date range.
