MORE INFORMATION
Lost & Found pick-up (or drop-off for found items) locations and base area maps can be found by following the link below:
If we have located your item, we will email you back and arrange a time for pickup at the mountain. In the case that you live out of state and/or are not available to pick-up your item, we can arrange an alternative way for you to receive your item(s). Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees.
To increase your odds of your lost item being found and any found items being properly identified, please be ready to provide the following information when you submit your Lost Item Form:
- Detailed description of the lost item — brand, model, color, size, etc.
- Last known location of the item
- Last know date / time it was used or seen
- Picture of the missing item (if applicable)*
*The best way for us to confidently reunite guests with their missing gear is when we are provided with a picture of it. We recommend taking photos of all your personal gear and ski/snowboard items in advance of visiting the resort. Better yet, throw a sticker on your gear with a contact number so we can get it back to you even quicker.
