SEASON-LONG EQUIPMENT RENTALS FOR WINTER 26/27
Skip waiting in rental lines and spare the expense of buying new gear by renting ski or snowboard equipment for the entire season! Mt. Bachelor's Season-Long Equipment Lease includes a standard sport rental package — skis or snowboard, boots, bindings, and poles (for ski rental). Once your equipment is custom-fitted by one of our rental technicians, hold on to your rentals for the entire season, and take your gear anywhere you choose.
Perks include FREE unlimited belt waxes at West Village or Sunrise rental locations, as well as free trade-ins for longer skis/snowboards to help manage mid-season growth spurts or gear progression.

*Repairs to damaged equipment are not included with a season lease; we highly recommend adding Rental Insurance to your cart during checkout. Rental insurance does not cover the cost to replace items that are lost or stolen. Unreturned equipment at the end of the season will incur a $500 replacement fee.

Performance Equipment Rental
Our performance rental equipment caters to intermediate to advanced skiers, ideal for those eager to enhance their skills and tackle groomed or ungroomed off-piste terrain.
The Performance equipment rentals are designed for intermediate to advanced skiers ages 13 and older. This gear is excellent for those interested in improving their technique and who are ready to start exploring ungroomed, or more advanced terrain at Mt. Bachelor.

The first of its kind in the Pacific Northwest, the new Salomon Performance Center is conveniently located slopeside at the Mountain Gateway Building. Our High-Performance Salomon ski fleet is the most extensive offering in the region with skis carefully selected for advanced skiers looking to maximize their experience in varying conditions and on Mt. Bachelor diverse terrain.

DAILY GEAR LOCKER RENTAL ADD-ON
Keep your personal belongings safe while you ski/ride. Daily Gear Locker Rentals are available in both base areas and can be added to your reservation in person when you pick up your rental gear. Please note: locker space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved online ahead of time.
All items must be removed at the end of the day. Any items left behind will be brought to the Lost and Found.

Rentals are available for pick-up 30 minutes prior to lifts opening and are due back no later than 4:15 p.m.

RENTAL POLICIES
All products are non-transferable and non-refundable even if the rental is never used or picked up. Rental purchases expire at the end of the designated time frame of the reservation, whether the rental is used or not.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more from the reservation date will be issued a credit for 100% of the product value. Cancellations made before the start date will be issued a credit for 100% of the product value. All credit will expire at the end of the winter 26/27 season.
A credit card is required as a deposit on all rental gear. Unreturned equipment is subject to an automatic credit card charge of the full retail value of the equipment.
In consideration of your safety, rental equipment must be used by the same individual checking out the equipment. In addition, Mt. Bachelor's rental ski boots can only be used in combination with Mt. Bachelor's rental skis as part of a package; ski boots cannot be rented separately. Visit our Demo Center on the lower level of Mountain Gateway building to demo a new pair of ski boots that you can wear with your own skis.
Please check-in for your rental reservation at least 1-2 hours prior to your lesson time during busy weekends and holidays to allow enough time to process your rentals.
