The Play Forever Mountain Clean Up Day, presented by Pepsi, is back again! On Sunday, July 12, grab your sturdy hiking shoes, and head up to the mountain to help us collect litter.

Here’s what you need to know:

Registration is Full

Registered participants will get:

• Complimentary lunch. courtesy of Pepsi
• Entry to the 26/27 Winter Season Pass raffle
• A single-day scenic chairlift ticket, valid during operating hours through closing day on Oct. 4.

Check-in is at the West Village base area. Upon check-in, we’ll loan you grabber tools and reusable buckets for trash collection. We'll focus on collecting litter along the perimeter of the parking lot, in the Nordic Center, and around the base area buildings. We may also head to Skyliner and Sunrise if time and resources allow. 

Please stay away from active construction zones and equipment. For the safety of our guests and employees, all guests must stay on designated hiking trails (Evergreen or Fly Creek) if they choose to search for litter on the slopes. Hiking on the Bike Park trails is not allowed. 

Come prepared! Wear proper footwear and gloves — sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, layers, and a pack with water and snacks are strongly recommended.

SCHEDULE: 

9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: Pre-registered check-in outside of the Nordic Center at the West Village parking lot - look for our Play Forever tent and wind blades!

9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Cleanup in your assigned zone

12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Complimentary lunch, live music from Honey Don't on the West Village Lodge deck

1:00 p.m.: Raffle! Must be present to win
