Lunch & Learn with Adventure Scientists
January 9, 2026
West Village Lodge
12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
In partnership with Adventure Scientists
Take your wintertime adventures to the next level by contributing to the conservation of iconic whitebark pine trees. Mt. Bachelor is partnering with Adventure Scientists to host a Lunch & Learn and guided ski or snowboard tour to track whitebark pine trees on January 9th!
During lunch (provided courtesy of Adventure Scientists), we’ll dive into the importance of the species, how to identify them, and assess their health. Lunch will be followed by an (optional) ski or snowboard tour to visit whitebark pine on Mt. Bachelor’s slopes, if conditions allow. The tour will cover intermediate blue terrain.
Space is limited. Register today!
A valid Mt. Bachelor lift ticket or pass product is required for the ski and snowboard portion of the event. Those not able or wanting to hit the slopes are welcome to join us for lunch only.
