We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. You are reserving space for which we have a limited capacity, and our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. Cancellations for all, or any number of seats, on your reservation made more than 48 hours in advance of your trip will result in a 90% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations for all, or any number of seats, on your reservation made less than 48 hours in advance.

If you wish to cancel your Zip and Dip before participating in either adventure, a 90% refund will be offered. If you have used one of your Zip and Dip vouchers and need to cancel your second adventure, no refund will be issued.

No refunds or allowances will be made for any number of people in your party who do not show up for the scheduled trip. You will be held accountable for all reserved seats. Please make sure everyone in your party is aware of our 48-hour cancellation policy.

If a guest does not fit within our Zip Line Requirements, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of the Zip and Dip package.

ZipTour Requirements: 

• Guests must be a minimum of 10 years old, 48 inches in height, and a weight of 50 lbs. Maximum height and weight requirements are 82 inches and 260 lbs. Guests will be asked to step on a red/green scale to confirm weight requirements are met at both check-in and during safety training.
• Children between the ages of 10 – 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+), but must be able to participate independently of the adult.
• 16 - 17 year olds can go without supervision, however, they can't chaperone children under 15.
• Due to the interactive nature of the ZipTour ride and equipment and physical demands necessary to operate the ZipTour trolley, it is necessary for riders to have mental comprehension of the trolley operation and possess portions of both legs at least sufficient to be secured by the harness leg strap and at least one arm to operate the ZipTour trolley. Guests must also be able to interpret visual cues while riding.
• Closed toe, sturdy shoes are required by all guests. No river sandals or crocs.
• Guests must be able to navigate short walks on uneven surfaces and approximately 20 steps at each Zip launch and landing platform. Any guest in need of additional accommodations must call ahead prior to booking a Zip Tour.
