Program Terms:

When you purchase a Ski or Board in 4 program, you are purchasing 4 lesson days that can be used throughout the 26/27 winter season.

Mt. Bachelor Ski & Ride School does not issue any cash refunds (or refunds to the original form of payment) and cannot be exchanged for credit, refunds, or future-season use once a lesson product or program has been purchased. All SOBI4℠ products are non-transferable and non-refundable even if the lessons are never redeemed or the pass is never used or picked up. All SOBI4℠ lesson days must be used before the conclusion of the 26/27 winter season. Any unused lesson days after April 4, 2027, cannot be refunded, and no credit of days or dollars shall be allowed to carry over into later in the winter 26/27 season or into the 27/28 winter season.

This program is designed exclusively for those new to alpine/downhill snow sports. It is not meant for someone who already knows how to ski or snowboard and wants to crossover to the other discipline. If you are familiar with skiing or riding and can get on chairlifts, know about the mountain, or have done it before, this program is not for you. We will be assessing this at the outset of the program. If your instructor deems you already a downhill snow sports participant, we will excuse you from the program without a refund.

Canceling a Lesson Reservation:

If you cannot attend a scheduled lesson, you may cancel your reservation by 5:00 p.m. PST on the day before your lesson. When canceled by the deadline, the lesson day will be returned to your Ski or Board in 4 account. You may use that lesson day to book another Ski or Board in 4 lesson during the 26/27 season.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

Lesson reservations canceled after 5:00 p.m. PST the day before the lesson will forfeit that lesson day. Participants who do not attend their scheduled lesson, or who arrive after the lesson has started, will forfeit that lesson day.

Season Expiration:

All Ski or Board in 4 lesson days must be used before the conclusion of the 26/27 winter season. Any unused lesson days remaining at the end of the season will expire and cannot be refunded, credited, transferred, or carried forward to a future season.

Questions or Changes:

To modify or cancel a lesson reservation, please contact lessons@mtbachelor.com before the cancellation deadline.
