THE MT. BACHELOR PASS CARD
Get direct lift access with a Mt. Bachelor pass card—a reloadable RFID card that's eco-friendly. Buy your pass online, pick it up at our Pick-Up Box(PUB), and load it with a season pass, lift tickets, or Fast Tracks upgrades through your online account. Check your pass below with our pass checker tool using the code on your card.
Please note: the Mt. Bachelor pass card has a new look, but we encourage you to use your existing "Play Forever Pass card" to reload access products. Both cards function the same way and are set up to scan at all lifts.
PICKING UP LIFT TICKETS & RELOADING PRODUCTS
In an effort to get you on the mountain as fast as possible, we offer several ways for you to pick-up your lift passes, including our contactless ticket-printing kiosks — Pick-Up Boxes (PUBs). Learn more about our RFID passes, loading products onto your pass, and how to print your lift access card below.
HOW TO PICK UP YOUR LIFT TICKETS
Our lift ticket Pick-Up Boxes (PUBs) are quick, easy, and touchless! Follow these steps to ensure a smooth lot-to-lift experience:
1. After you purchase your lift access product(s) online, you'll receive an automated order confirmation email with a QR code. Hold on to this email! You will need to scan the QR code at one of our ticket printing kiosks to obtain your ticket(s).
2. PUBs are conveniently located in several locations in Bend, Sunriver, and the mountain. At Mt. Bachelor, kiosks are located in front of the Mountain Gateway building in West Village, as well as inside at our Guest Services desk and upstairs at our Rental Shop. At the Sunrise Lodge, there is a PUB located at the entrance to the lower level of the Sunrise Lodge and one located on the upper level outside the building. There is a PUB located inside the Nordic Center Lodge. In Bend, you'll find a PUB outside of Sun Country Tours. There is also a PUB at our Sun Country Tours location in Sunriver.
3. Using your phone or printed email, scan the QR code from your confirmation email at one of the ticket printing kiosks. The PUB will print all tickets in your order onto a Mt. Bachelor pass card that uses RFID for lift access.
4. Put your pass card in a secure pocket on your person. Your pass is now activated and you can head straight to the lift!
Please note: Each member of your party will need to carry their own pass card. If your order includes a rental product, please proceed inside to a ticket or rental counter to check-in for your gear.

RELOADING PRODUCTS ONTO YOUR PASS
Want to reload a single-day ticket to your pass or add Fast Tracks to your pre-purchased ticket or pass? Simply scan the QR code on the front of your pass with your cellphone camera to be dropped right into the checkout queue in our online webstore! You can also add other products to your cart, including rentals and lessons, and even manage your guest profile all by scanning the code on the front of your pass.
