1.  Login to your account

2. Click the "Vouchers" tab in the navigation under My Account. All eligible vouchers will be listed. Select REDEEM on one of the products labeled "MB Friends and Family Ticket" to assign to a family member associated with your account. (To redeem for a friend or family member not associated with your account, scroll down below.)

3. A window will pop up confirming your voucher is valid. Click REDEEM VOUCHER, and then on the next screen select the calendar date that your family member will be skiing/riding on. Friends and Family Tickets can be used any day of the 26/27 season.

4.  Click ADD TO CART to see the discounted ticket reflected in your Order Summary. 

• If redeeming multiple Buddy Tickets at the same time, return to the vouchers tab and repeat steps 2-4 until you have redeemed all of your vouchers.

5.  Click CHECKOUT and select a group member from the dropdown menu on the next screen to assign the ticket to. You may also add a new group member to your account at this time. Follow the steps as prompted to finalize redeeming the tickets.

6.  After you have completed the purchase, you will receive an email confirming that your voucher was redeemed and which member it was assigned to. The email will also contain a unique QR code and instructions for ticket activation and easy printing.

2. To send a voucher to a friend or family member who is not associated with your account, navigate to the "Vouchers" tab under My Account and select EMAIL on one of the products labeled "MB Friends and Family Ticket". 

3. Enter the recipient’s email address and click SEND. 

4.  They will receive an email with a link to REDEEM ONLINE and be directed to Mt. Bachelor's online store.

5.  A window will pop up confirming the voucher is valid. They will click REDEEM VOUCHER.

6.  They will then need to select the calendar date that they plan to ski/ride on and click ADD TO CART to see the discounted ticket reflected in their Order Summary. 

7.  Once they click CHECKOUT they will be prompted to log in (or create a Mt. Bachelor account if they do not have one already) to complete the redemption process.

8.  Once logged in, they will need to assign the ticket to themself by selecting their own name from the group member dropdown menu. Follow the steps as prompted to finalize redeeming the tickets.

• If this is the assigned member's first visit to Mt. Bachelor or they were unable to locate a former/existing lift access card for Mt. Bachelor during the checkout process, they will need to receive a new RFID pass card. When they arrive to the resort, they can scan the QR code from the confirmation email at one of our Pick-Up Box outdoor ticket kiosks to have their ticket printed.
• If the assigned member has an existing Play Forever Pass or a OnePass (RFID lift access card) from a previous visit to Mt. Bachelor and the Buddy Ticket was reloaded onto that same pass during checkout, then they can head directly to the lifts.

All lift tickets are required to be loaded onto a Play Forever Pass, Mt. Bachelor's RFID lift access pass cards. Further instructions on lift ticket pick-up and redemption will be provided in a confirmation e-mail once your friend or family member redeems their Buddy Ticket voucher online.
