POLICIES
Group services and rates require a minimum of 20 participants.
Ikon passes count towards the group minimum.
Booking requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Lesson requests must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
Full payment is due at least seven days before the scheduled visit.
Group pricing will not be offered to groups ordering same-day lift tickets. Group rates are not available at the counter.
All group members must create an account and sign a waiver to activate their lift ticket.
Any lift ticket with an unsigned waiver will not scan at the gate.
There will be no refunds or credits for unused lift tickets. There are no weather refunds at Mt. Bachelor.
