SPREAD THE STOKE

We want soulful, enduring and thoughtful team members to join us in spreading the Mt. Bachelor stoke. Our experiences as Mt. Bachelor staff help shape who we are. In turn, those experiences enable us to share the pride and euphoria that comes from dependable snow, dynamic terrain and being a year-round hub for outdoor adventure. We have something to offer all job seekers. Whether you're wanting to spend a season working and playing in the mountains or hoping to start a career in the ski resort industry, we've got you covered.

WORK WHERE YOU PLAY

Turn your passion for adventure in Central Oregon into a part-time or full-time job here at Mt. Bachelor and Sun Country Tours. Our natural playground draws the best of souls to our region, helping to shape an outdoor-loving community that's unlike any other. We’re passionate about the sports we do and creating a mountain experience that enhances the lives of our guests as much as our own. We work hard together and take responsibility for the integrity of our resort to inspire a spirit that brings out the best for others and creates lasting memories for all.

OUR MISSION & VISION, & VALUES

We aren't like every other resort - here at Mt. Bachelor, we aim to exemplify "craft". Yes, like the beer. We strive to be unique, responsive to our guest's preferences, reflective of our local roots, occasionally surprising and most importantly, a true expression of ourselves. Our mission is to deliver memorable experiences, enhance people's lives and have fun doing it. We do this with enthusiasm and pride in who we are and what we do!

DELIVER MEMORABLE EXPERIENCES.
ENHANCE PEOPLE’S LIVES.
HAVE FUN DOING IT.
