It's what we do best here in Central Oregon, and especially here at Mt. Bachelor. Our natural playground draws the best of souls to our region, helping to shape an outdoor-loving community that's unlike any other. We’re passionate about the sports we do and creating a mountain experience that enhances the lives of our guests as much as our own. We work hard together and take responsibility for the integrity of our resort to inspire a spirit that brings out the best for others and creates lasting memories for all.

We want soulful, enduring and thoughtful team members to join us in spreading the Mt. Bachelor stoke. Our experiences as Mt. Bachelor staff help shape who we are. In turn, those experiences enable us to share the pride and euphoria that comes from dependable snow, dynamic terrain and being a year-round hub for outdoor adventure. We have something to offer all job seekers. Whether you're wanting to spend a winter season working and playing in the mountains or hoping to start a career in the ski resort industry, we've got you covered. We aren't like every other resort - here at Mt. Bachelor, we aim to exemplify "craft". Yes, like the beer. We strive to be unique, responsive to our guest's preferences, reflective of our local roots, occasionally surprising and most importantly, a true expression of ourselves. Our mission is to deliver memorable experiences, enhance people's lives and have fun doing it. We do this with enthusiasm and pride in who we are and what we do!

Home to the growing cities of Bend, Sunriver, Redmond and Sisters, our region is renowned for being a hub for all-things outdoors. We live a lifestyle that is one of a kind and our residents are no stranger to multi-sport weekends, dining out at food-cart pods, and embracing the strong nature-loving community we are fortunate enough to call our own. It has been said that our high desert oasis has "300 days of sunshine" and here you will find some of the finest places for paddling, hiking, rock climbing, cycling, golfing, and fishing. In winter, areas of our region turn into a snowy playground with skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and ice skating. It doesn't hurt that, whatever the season, Central Oregon is home to some of the country's top craft breweries, tax-free shopping, and great apres-adventure entertainment.

Being located in the middle of the Deschutes National Forest, surrounded by 2 million acres of forested wilderness, means Mt. Bachelor does not have any overnight or employee accommodations at our base. We feel these unique conditions not only help to preserve the authenticity and rugged beauty of our terrain, but also provide our employees the opportunity to fully become a part of the local communities that our mountain supports.

Mt. Bachelor and Cascades East Transit (CET) have partnered to connect Mt. Bachelor with a public shuttle service from the Bend Park-N-Ride or Sunriver Village Center.
