The Nordic Lodge at Mt Bachelor is a rustic 3,800 square foot log cabin that was built in 1983. Located in the West Village Parking Lot, the lodge features a cozy wood stove, sunny back deck, and flexible floor plan that creates opportunities for hosting a variety of events. In the winter months, the lodge is home to the resort’s cross-country ski center and features a retail and rental shop, full-service cafe, and direct access to 56km of groomed trails.

- Uncovered outdoor deck with picnic table seating for 20 people
- Small kitchen with refrigerators, freezers, sink, oven, stovetop, and ice machine (limited capacity)
- Complimentary water, tea, and coffee station
- Women's and Men's restrooms
- Free Wi-Fi onsite with good cell coverage
- Use of the building's sound system
- Projector and screen available upon request
- Speaker and microphone available upon request
Please note that the Nordic Lodge does not have air conditioning.

- Indoor Seating Only: 40–50 guests
- Indoor & Outdoor Seating: 50–60 guests
November - May
- Indoor Seating Only: 20–30 guests
- Outdoor seating is not recommended.
RENTAL FEES
June - October
- $150 per hour
- $1,000 per day (8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
November - May
- $300 per hour
- Full-day rentals are not available. The lodge is available between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. only during these months.
A 50% rental reservation fee is due at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. A refundable $500 property damage security deposit is also due at that time.
Food & Beverage
Renters may bring their own food and beverages for events at the Nordic Lodge. The kitchen is available for staging, heating, and cooling food and beverages, but it is not available for cooking or full meal preparation.
Catering by Mt. Bachelor or a third-party vendor can be accommodated. Please work with the Lodge Manager to arrange catering details, pricing, or any required third-party vendor site use agreements.
Decorations
Personal decorations such as flowers, balloons, signs, LED candles, and decorative lighting are welcome in the lodge.
Glitter, paint, nails, tacks, open-flame candles, faux flower petals, rice, birdseed, and any materials that are difficult to clean or may cause permanent damage are not permitted.
Please discuss your decoration plans with the Lodge Manager in advance. All building exits must remain accessible at all times.
Accessibility
The Nordic Lodge and restrooms are not ADA accessible facilities. ADA accessible porta potties can be provided onsite if requested with advance notice.
