Whether you are a new or returning passholder, passes are not valid for use and/or cannot be issued until a photo is uploaded and waivers are signed. If you want to buy passes for multiple people in one transaction online, you can do that! But you'll need to assign each pass to a specific individual. This means you'll need to know each individual's first name, last name and birthdate. You'll also need to confirm that you're legally allowed to sign the online Express Assumption of Risks and Season Pass Agreement forms on behalf of everyone you're purchasing for.
Additionally, if the other individuals you're purchasing for have a pass card, you'll want to enter their pass card number during the purchasing process. This will ensure that their existing guest profile gets updated with this new purchase information, allowing for a "reactivated" card and allowing for direct-to-lift access on the first day of the season.
You may not purchase a pass for a non-dependent online, since the online process requires an electronic signature from the passholder for the Express Assumption of Risks agreement. If you need to purchase a pass for someone other than your own dependent(s), then please call us at 541-382-1709. We will process the sale over the phone, but the passholder will need to electronically "sign" the Agreement Terms of the pass before the pass can be printed or picked up.
We encourage you to buy online if at all possible, however you can call us at 541-382-1709 if you need assistance in completing an online purchase, are experiencing an issue with your online account, or if our Step-by-Step purchasing guide is not able to solve the problem you are encountering.
No. All season passes (Outplay 365, Full Season, Midweek, and 5-Day) are a direct-to-lift pass that is non-transferable and is assigned to one person. Photos are required to activate your season pass, and will be only be used for validation on the overhead gate monitor.
Mt. Bachelor will be vigilantly on the lookout for cases of pass fraud in order to protect the investment of the vast majority of law-abiding pass holders. Penalties, including fines, season-long or lifetime access bans to Mt. Bachelor, and/or criminal charges will be assessed to both the fraudulent user and the consenting passholder.
Not on season pass products, but there are military discounts on single day lifts tickets.
No. Season passes are all individually-priced. Mt. Bachelor strives to make skiing and snowboarding as affordable as possible for families by pricing the Youth, Teen and Young Adult Season Passes significantly below other comparable resorts' prices for those age groups.
We understand how frustrating it can be to miss out on limited time offers or important notifications simply because you didn’t get the memo. Mt. Bachelor’s domain has default systems in place that not only help to prevent certain guests from receiving unwanted communications from us, but also helps to protect the integrity of our IP address and minimize our bounce rates.
Certain events will trigger our system to block a specific e-mail from our database; these can be either user behavior based (such as a revocation of consent to receive e-mails or a lack of engagement over an extended period of time) or third-party domain prompted (i.e. if your e-mail provider deems e-mails from Mt. Bachelor as spam, then we would no longer attempt to re-contact that address). So sometimes it’s on us, and sometimes it’s guest error — either way, we want to keep you in the know!
For the greatest chance of a successful delivery, we recommend using an e-mail address from Google, Outlook, Apple, or a personal web domain (NOT from Yahoo or AOL) when opting in to e-mail communications from Mt. Bachelor. Due to Yahoo and AOL's updated default e-mail security standards, e-mails from the Mt. Bachelor domain (along with other major e-mail service providers) have automatically been rejected and/or flagged as spam by Yahoo and AOL. As such, Mt. Bachelor suppresses contacts with a Yahoo or AOL for marketing e-mail blasts and passholder newsletters.
If you are a returning passholder and have signed up for our e-newsletter before, but still aren't receiving e-mails, we recommend taking the following actions listed below to ensure proper e-mail delivery first. If you are still encountering issues after taking these steps, contact us at info@mtbachelor.com.
If you are a returning passholder:
How do I add a photo to my season pass? - Log into your Mt. Bachelor account to upload a photo (it must show your entire face).
How do I get my pass? We encourage all passholders to reload your season pass onto an existing Mt. Bachelor Pass Card or Play Forever Card (old) at the time of purchase. If you do not have an existing card to reuse, you can print a new pass with QR code or barcode in your purchase confirmation email at one of our Pick-Up Box (PUB) kiosks at the mountain or in Bend.
Mt. Bachelor offers our winter Pass Refund Protection (PRP) add-on benefit for select season pass products, which covers unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the winter season and would prevent you from using your pass. This benefit preserves the opportunity to receive a full or partial refund under qualifying circumstances.
PRP is included with all Outplay 365 pass purchases at no additional cost. Pass Protection is available to add-on to any Alpine Full Season, Midweek, 5-Day or Nordic Full Season pass for $49 (at time of pass purchase only). For those who purchase PRP, you must contact us by December 1, 2026 if you have any medical concerns that will affect your pass usage during the 26/27 winter season. After that date, only partial refunds will be offered based on your notification date.
If you choose not to buy Pass Refund Protection, you must understand and accept that your pass is non-refundable, non-deferrable, and non-transferrable under all circumstances. All requests for relief will be automatically denied.
In the event of a pandemic-related interruption, shutdown, or prolonged closure of Mt. Bachelor resort, Mt. Bachelor may impose a separate pass credit program, in which qualifying passholders may receive a future use voucher, based on the circumstances. COVID-19 assurance is not automatically included with any season pass purchase for the Summer 2026 or Winter 2025/26 season.
Mt. Bachelor offers Pass Refund Protection (PRP) as an add-on benefit (for a one-time purchase of $49) with all our Season Pass products. This added benefit covers unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the winter season and would prevent you from using your pass. While Pass Refund Protection does not cover any interruption, shutdown or prolonged closure of Mt. Bachelor resort for any reason (including by reason of pandemics) we highly recommend purchasing coverage.
